Stephen Stewart

Stephen is the founder and Chairman of Ore Group, a private company focused on natural resource discovery and development. He is also the Chairman of public companies: Orecap Invest, XXIX Metal Corp, American Eagle Gold, Baselode Energy, Mistango River Resources, Metal Energy, and a Director of Awale Resources.
Stephen is the Founder and Chairman of the Young Mining Professionals Scholarship Fund, the largest mining-focused charitable organization supporting mining engineering and geology education.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and a Master of Science from the University of Florida.
Charles Beaudry

Charles is a P. Geo with over 30 years experience in project generation, business development, exploration chemistry and hands-on project management. Charles previously held the position of General Manager of new business opportunities with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2008 until 2009, after having spent nearly 17 years in various capacities for Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata, including as country manager of Brazil from 1996 to 2001 and manager of the Frieda River Project from 2005to 2006. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Geology from McGill University.
Guy Le Bel

Guy Le Bel brings 35 years of experience in strategic and financial planning, project development and M&A to XXIX Metal Corp. Until recently, he was chief executive officer of Aquila Res. and, previously, CEO and CFO of Golden Queen Mining Ltd. He was vice president evaluations for Capstone and vice president business development for Quadra/FNX Mining Ltd. Mr. Le Bel also held business advisory, strategy and planning, business valuation, and financial planning management roles at BHP Billiton Base Metals, Rio Algom Ltd, and Cambior Inc., together with independent consultation mandates across the industry. He provides extensive experience across base and precious metals industries in the America. Mr. Le Bel has held board positions in numerous junior exploration and mining companies since 2007. He is currently appointed to the boards of Kintavar Exploration and Sirios Resources.
Mr. Le Bel holds an MBA Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Montreal), a Master Applied Sciences, Mining Engineering from University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Universite Laval. He is a professional engineer (O.I.Q.).
Kiril Mugerman

In September 2015, Mr. Mugerman was nominated as President and CEO of GéoMégA Resources. He brings both technical and financial experience to GéoMégA. Prior to joining Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. (“IAS”) as a mining specialist, Mr. Mugerman worked on advanced stage exploration projects internationally with Gold Fields Ltd. in West Africa, central Asia and Latin America.
At IAS, he served as a mining analyst in the industrial minerals sector focusing in the rare earth elements, graphite and potash sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors (earth and planetary sciences) from McGill University.
James Sykes

James Sykes has 20 years of uranium and rare earth exploration and discovery experience in Saskatchewan, Canada. He’s been involved with NexGen Energy’s “Arrow”, Hathor Exploration’s “Roughrider”, Denison Mines’ “Gryphon”, and more recently Baselode Energy’s “ACKIO” uranium deposit discoveries in the prolific Athabasca Basin area. His discoveries and successes over the past decade have helped generate billions of dollars in shareholder appreciation. James is currently the CEO of Metal Energy Corp., and Director for American Eagle Gold Corp., Baselode Energy Corp., Kintavar Exploration Inc. and UraEx Resources Inc.
Ardem Keshishian

Ardem Keshishian brings over 15 years of progressive experience in corporate development, investor relations, finance, and capital markets, with a strong focus on the mining sector. He currently works with Awalé Resources and serves as a director of our company. Previously, Ardem was VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Moneta Gold, a Canadian gold developer with assets in the Timmins Gold Camp, Ontario, until its merger with Nighthawk Gold. He has also held positions at Royal Road Minerals, Pollitt & Co., Haywood Securities, and Van Berkom & Associates. Ardem is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University as well as an MBA from the John Molson School of Business.
